All our Lord Ganesha idols are 100% handcrafted and individually hand-painted by local rural artisans. Therefore, subtle variations in exact color shades, border gold work, ornament design, and precise weight are natural. These differences make each idol unique and do not constitute manufacturing defects.
Enquiries made on this website are finalized only after our team contacts you, checks warehouse availability, and receives a formal advance deposit. To ensure timely delivery before Ganesh Chaturthi, all international export bookings must be completed at least 60 days in advance, and domestic mandal bookings must be secured 30 days prior to the festival.
Our Pure Paper Lagda (Paper Mache) idols are structurally durable and shock-safe. However, we reinforce all sea/air cargo packaging with premium wood crates and multiple foam wrap layers. In the rare event of transit damage, clients must document and submit unpacking videos within 12 hours of delivery to activate replacement or repair support.
Our environmental claims (dissolution in approximately two hours) are based on standard immersion in clean household water buckets or tubs. Actual dissolution speed may vary depending on local water temperatures, agitation, and specific sizing volume. Pulp water should be responsibly drained into home garden soil, preventing local river/sea pollution.
